I have the right to refuse the commission proposal if I see I am unable to fulfil your request.

Being rude and disrespectful will not be tolerated. Any ill behaviour will not be tolerated and your commission will be cancelled if it occurs and failure to follow the rules provided I have the right to decline your commission.

Submit a slot application via the provided Google Form in my slot opening announcement in Twitter.

When chosen, I will confirm your slot via DMs and I'll proceed to send the order form to your provided Discord/email for you to fill out.

The colored initial sketch will be sent to the client for approval. Please confirm all revisions before. approving the sketch.

A WISE invoice will be linked to the client. I will work on the rest of the commission once I have received the full payment.

WIPs (work in progress) shots are available upon request.

A preview of the full model will be sent to the client for approval. Minor changes are allowed but I won't make free revisions that are major upon requests.

Once full model is approved, the final .psd file containing all the parts ready for a Live2D rig will be sent to the client's email.

Standard turnaround time is 1 to 5 months depending on the model's complexity and work queue.

I accept payment via Wise-USD only.

Please be advised that complex designs can increase the payment.

I have the right to cancel and refund the money for you commission at any time.

The client is not allowed to cancel the commission after confirming the final sketch.

In the case that I have not started your commission within 2 months after payment, you are able to ask for a refund. If this occurs, I sincerely apologize.

Live2D model prices include commercial fees. This include promotion in social media and profits gain from design. This does not include the rights to sell the art as merchandise.

I own the rights to post WIPs and the finished model on my social media/portfolio. If you want the commission to be private please let me know beforehand.

If there are plans to use the model for business purposes (company or talent agency etc.), the total price will be adjusted according to the scale of the project.

I will try my best to create an output that deems satisfactory to the client's standards.

If the client is not satisfied with the output because due to an error on my side such as details that has been stated/shown in your reference, I will revise it with no charge.

If your model's animator suggests significant changes regarding the parts' cropping/separations, contact me and I will edit them with no charges.

Any major changes aside from the latter statement will come with an extra charge once the illustration is complete.

When are slot reservations available? I will only open 1 slot + 2 waitlist per batch. Secure a slot by applying via the Google Form provided in my Twitter post. Accepted slots will be confirmed via email. Batch openings are announced in my Twitter.

Who will get the first slot? The first client to approve the final sketch and send the payment acquires the first slot. The waitlisted clients don't have to pay until I finish the previous order.

Can I reserve a slot for the next batch? No guaranteed reservation slots aside from those who are waitlisted.

I applied for a slot and got no response? I can only take on a limited number of commissions at a time and as much as I want to accommodate everyone, I will only accept a few clients per batch.

Do you do the illustration and animation? For now, I can only offer the model sprite illustration. If you still haven't found an animator, feel free to notify me so I can recommend some or direct you to a Live2d group where you can hire animators.

Can you draw my model in a different pose? I will draw the models in a facing forward/default pose for Live2d models. If you prefer otherwise, mention it in the form.

Can you design my Vtuber character? For now I can only accept partial character design, or if the client has an existing design and wishes for a redesign with the concept already in mind. Note that this will cost extra.

What is the difference of a sticker from expression change? Stickers are basically something you put alongside a model such as shiny star showing up in the eye, angry vein logo on the forehead, depressed lines, etc. Expression change is changing the shapes of layers that are already there such as happy or sad faces. (Basic expressions are usually made by the animator by deforming the layers of the eyes, mouth etc)

What is a Body Base? The fully rendered body of the model without the clothing. With a separate body base, the model can swap multiple outfits. Simply, the clothing is removable. For a whole outfit change, purchasing a body base is required.

I have a character, but I want a different outfit/hairstyle. Do I have to pay additional fees? Changing the outfit and hair is a complex aspect for the design, thus altering their designs will also cost extra.

My character's design includes inner and outer clothing, is it possible for the outer to be removable? Yes, if you want certain clothing parts to be removable, such as jackets and glasses, please specify it in your order form. Additional fees may also apply depending on the clothing's complexity.

I am interested to avail a Half body model, what will happen to my model's hands/long hair? With this type, the hands and long hair will be omitted. However, if you would like a base pose with raised arms/hands, specify it in your order form.

Can you draw using another artist's style? Sorry, but I prefer not to. I will only draw and color in my style, feel free to browse my Twitter or Portfolio to see more of my illustrations. Although, I will consider changing up each model's eye style as per the clients' preferences to make each of my models a bit unique from one another.

Can I commission for updates on my model? If you would like additions or new things added to your model at a later time, we can discuss scheduling then. I will prioritize any current commission I am working on over any adjustments or additions for past models.

Can I commission for Other Artists for extra assets on my model? Yes you may send them your .psd if you would like to commission other artists for assets such as alternative costumes, stickers etc.
